I have a professional full time staff.  Real estate is all we do and we do it well.  I have been representing sellers for 29 years.  My 3 full-time assistants team up with me to provide you "eagle service" from the listing stage clear through the closing.  In addition, I have 2 full time "Buyer Specialists" who work only with buyers, thus freeing up more of my time to work on marketing my listings.

I keep current on the latest marketing ideas, products & tools as well as changes in the law that can affect your property.  This is done partly through attending national and regional real estate conferences as well as my membership in an elite mastermind group called the Allen  Hainge CyberStars™.

I am a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute.  As the name implies, this exclusive organization provides very specialized training for Realtors on the marketing of luxury homes over $500,000 in value.  I am Durango's only member.
