Some people seem to have destiny on their side. What some may attribute to luck, many have witnessed as the result of hard work in watching Lisa’s real estate career. Beginning with her receipt of “The Rookie Of The Year” award from the Durango Area Association of Realtors, Lisa has been diligently applying her skills to help families buy and sell real estate. Lisa and her husband moved to Durango in 1993 to raise their family in a wholesome, healthy environment. With four children, school activities, soccer, chess, football, skiing, and more, their days are filled……with only the occasional interlude for a hike or golf game. Lisa truly enjoys helping others to find their perfect property.

One of the most important things about life is where you live, and when it comes to Durango some people just can’t stay away. Nicole attended college at the University of Colorado, and after graduating she gave the big city a try. She quickly became one of the top producing sales agents for a national builder. Leading her own team, she received high marks for providing excellent customer service. As an additional service to her buyers, Nicole gained valuable knowledge while she studied and passed the Colorado Real Estate Appraisers exam. On her off days she enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking, biking, snowboarding and snow shoeing. Nicole’s dedication to working with people, along with a strong sense of community, enables her to provide the best service possible to her clients.

Patrick Moser ~ Director of Computer Technologies

It is Patrick’s responsibility to keep all of the web sites up to date, fix all of the photos, prepare the virtual tours and anything else computer oriented. After graduating from Penn State he did some traveling before settling in Durango. Patrick spends his free time drawing pictures and walking his dog.
