Earning his real estate license even before graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Finance allowed Chris to hit the ground running and begin selling real estate within days of graduation. His highly motivated and eager approach continued as he quickly became adept at providing for his clients needs and getting them smoothly to the closing table. His expertise earned him the compliment of repeat clients and their referrals and allowed him to become the sales manager within his company. Falling in love with Durango after his first visit, Chris made the big move from Pennsylvania to Colorado with his girlfriend Cortney, Arthur (the horse) and Toby (the cat). As a longtime volunteer firefighter and EMT, Chris is especially enthusiastic about Durango’s community oriented atmosphere and the endless opportunities for outdoor activities. As a member of Team Lorenz, Chris brings his years of client focused sales experience and enthusiasm for the area to each real estate transaction.

Lisa Gordon ~ Closing Coordinator

As a young girl, Lisa fell in love with the mountains and when the opportunity arose she left Texas after graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in finance. With a background in mortgage banking, Lisa will bring that expertise to Team Lorenz as the closing and transaction coordinator to help ensure a smooth and effective closing. Like many, Lisa started with a summer home at Tamarron and then moved to Durango full-time in 1997. She enjoys volunteering with the San Juan Mountains Association, Therapy Dogs International and the US Forest Service. In her spare time she loves gardening, knitting and the age-old skill of quilting which she learned from her grandmother. Many days you'll see Lisa walking her dogs at Vallecito Lake.
